Established in 1974 by Mr Tara goel, Samurai has grown to become India’s leading furniture and rugs manufacturers. Our Capabilities
Samurai in-house design team, product developers and merchant team ensure seamless integration of our customers’ needs from design to final product.
Bone Inlay and Overlay
We also do a lot of bone inlay and overlay in wooden articles. Resin is also used to fill color in bone and resin articles. It is all dead certified camel bone that we normally use.
Rugs Weaving
Rugs are made on a loom and the process takes 1-4 people depending on the size of the rug. On the loom, the yarn or weft is thrown through the middle of the bottom and top 4 warp. The weaver then compacts the rug with the beater and the weft and warp are woven together.
Design
Our designs are inspired by global trends and new materials and put together by our in-house design team.
Upholstery
We have an in-house upholstery unit, where we do upholster furniture pieces like sofas, chairs to any fabric covered furniture ranges.
Manufacturing Wooden
We have an in-house team of carpenters, carvers, turners who by using automatic and semiautomatic machines, produce the furniture in the way we believe furniture should be made using the right techniques of construction. We deal with various materials to bring the versatility.
Wood Treatment
We have in-house seasoning chambers, where we chemical and dry the wood planks used for all our production.
Cane and Weaving
We use natural bamboo cane mostly to give the cane touch to our furniture. It is weaved as per custom requirement in the products.
Stone Inlay/Stone Furniture
Our company has set a benchmark in the field of manufacturing, exporting and supplying top notch quality Semi Precious Stone Inlay. This stone inlay can be made in several sizes & designs as we house a stone inlay unit in our factory.
